I am glad to report that the client achieved a favorable outcome -- he was charged with the statutory offense of Disorderly Conduct, which could have landed him in jail for months or earned him extensive community service (or both). Moreover, the conviction would have remained on his record for 5 years.
Instead, due to an arrangement made with the prosecutor, my client merely pleaded guilty to a violation of a minor municipal ordinance -- causing a nuisance. No jail time, no community service. He paid a fine and walked away. Moreover, the municipal violation is far less eye-catching on his record than a disorderly conduct conviction. And he can remove it from his record in only 2 years.
If you are charged with a crime and ordered to appear in a municipal court in New Jersey, I am excited to represent you at very reasonable rates. I am especially eager to do so if you are facing an appearance in a court near my office; that is, the municipal courts of Springfield, Millburn, Maplewood-South Orange or any other towns in Union or Essex counties.
